2.1 Contact & Business Communication

  • Name, email, phone number (if provided)
  • Information from Calendly (for scheduling), Zoom (for virtual meetings), and Mailchimp (for newsletters)
  • Purpose: Responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and business communication (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR)

2.2 Website Analytics & Tracking (Cookies)

  • We use Cookiebot by Usercentrics to manage cookie consent.
  • Tracking tools: Google Analytics, WordPress internal tracking
  • Users can manage cookie preferences via the Cookie Banner at any time.

2.3 Contractual & Service Data

  • If you enter a business relationship, we process billing details, contract data, and service details under Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the processing purposes and in compliance with legal retention obligations.

We do not sell or share personal data, except in these cases:
