NERDPOLE General Terms & Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between NERDPOLE e.U. and its B2B clients, including enterprises, authorities, governments, military, and public institutions worldwide.

2. Service Description

We provide consulting and implementation services for inclusive conversational AI and automation. Specific terms are outlined in individual contracts.

3. Fees & Payment

• Payment terms: Net 14/30 days, Bank Transfer

• Late payment fees may apply.

4. Liability & Warranties

We are liable only for gross negligence or intent. No liability is assumed for third-party solutions.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Both parties agree to handle exchanged data confidentially and comply with GDPR.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. Graz is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
